Product Design / Development
We offer product design services here at SEED Ltd. If you have a concept that needs to be developed into a workable design, we can help turn it into clear engineering models and drawings. We will collaborate with you to achieve your goal and desired outcome. From conceptual phase to finalization of the product, we will work closely with you. We use Onshape as our main 3D CAD system to construct and build the product.

Engineering Evaluation / Certification
We provide engineering reviews to ensure your product meets minimum load capacity. We will construct the component into a 3D model and analyze using FEA (finite element analysis) program to determine the stresses. Once the engineering issues are resolved, we can provide stamped engineering deliverables where appropriate.

Reverse Engineering
When a component or a piece of equipment has no existing drawings, SEED can help by measuring, modeling, and producing drawings that support repair, replacement, or fabrication.

Facility Layout Design
If you are looking to evaluate your manufacturing process or considering a new manufacturing location but have no workable drawings to help you visualize the process or how to fit your manufacturing equipment, we are able to help you construct the manufacturing layout on a 2D drawing. We will go on site and take measurements to accurately map out your entire production floor. You will be able to use this layout to plan and execute your ideas on paper to find out whether the plans will work or not. This process can also help improved manufacturing flow, support efficiency, and reduce layout-related bottlenecks.

Project Management
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, SEED can also provide project coordination and schedule support to help keep work on track . We will coordinate with vendors and suppliers so you are able to work on more important things.
