At SEED, we will provide mechanical design, stress analysis and manufacturing support depending on your requirement. Unlike other engineering establishments, SEED Ltd is a small company, it eliminates the bureaucracy of a big engineering firm and get personalized with you to ensure your project is done right the first time.

Product Design / Development
We offer product design services here at SEED Ltd. If you have a design idea and want to put it on paper, we are here to help. We will collaborate with you to achieve your goal and desired outcome. From conceptual phase to finalization of the product, we will work closely with you. We use Onshape as our main 3D CAD system to construct and build the product.

Engineering Evaluation / Certification
We provide engineering reviews to ensure your product meets minimum load capacity. We will construct the component into a 3D model and analyze using FEA (finite element analysis) program to determine the stresses. We are able to provide engineering stamp once all the issues are fixed by our recommendations.

Reverse Engineering
There are times when a component or an equipment has no drawings and there is no way to fabricate new parts or replacements, we are able to help. We will get the measurements of the component and construct it on the 3D CAD system and construct 2D drawings from it. Fabricators can use it to build a brand new component.

Facility Layout Design
If you are looking to evaluate your manufacturing process or considering a new manufacturing location but have no workable drawings to help you visualize the process or how to fit your manufacturing equipment, we are able to help you construct the manufacturing layout on a 2D drawing. We will go on site and take measurements to accurately map out your entire production floor. You will be able to use this layout to plan and execute your ideas on paper to find out whether the plans will work or not. You can also use this to make your new manufacturing process flow lean and efficient.

Project Management
Depending on what is the scale of the project is, we also provide project management so we can give status update on the project and ensure the timeline is monitored at every stages. We will coordinate with vendors and suppliers so you are able to work on more important things.
